’cause we live to show brunch just how much we care..
If any of ya’ll know any of us, then you know the kind of love we have for a kick-ass brunch. The “yes, I woke up exactly three minutes ago, am still wearing my pajamas, and no, I haven’t brushed my teeth or hair yet, and can you move one step to your right so as to shield me from the sunlight, as even my darkest sunglasses aren’t enough to keep my eyeballs from feeling like they’re singeing and head from pounding as if my brain cells are having a house party and Kid n Play just showed up…and I’m happy as hash browns about it!” kind of love.
And if that is indeed the case (and indeed, it is) why are we just finding out about THIS now? Someone’s been keeping us from that very wordy love described above, and it ain’t cool.
Click on it, and we’ll see you there – we’ll nod and grumble respectfully at each other as we shuffle on by in our most serious morning attire, giving our best “Early Hangover Frumpy Chic” and we’ll know: it’s brunch love, baby, and brunch thinks we’re hot.

bling in the new year – without breaking the bank
When it comes to jewels and adorning ourselves with them, we’re greedy little piggys. Chunky, sparkly, weighty, girthy, shiny, rich – bling, bling, bling all the way home, Honeys! Well, while searching out options for a very high profile editorial shoot we came across designer Brynn Hudson and her “all-of-the-above-adjectives” collection, and we’ll tell you what, we couldn’t have snatched those pieces and paraded around the studio wearing and clutching them fast enough! Using brushed silver, gold, Swarovski crystals, beads, pearls and other varieties of bedazzle-ments, all of her pieces are bold and brilliant, classic yet forward-thinking, substantial yet elegant….dirty, yet sugary…..PERFECTION!! And the best part (aside from their glittery awesomeness and feeling like you need security following you), is that none of these creations will kill your credit! Earrings start at $20 (no, seriously, 20 bucks!), bracelets at $40, and necklaces won’t take you past the $200 point . And we’re not talking your average hay/sticks quality, but full on BRICKS O’ SHINE! Jealous wanters may huff and puff all they like , they will not blow your style down (not that they’d have enough breath in their bellies to move these serious sparklers even an inch!). We simply cannot praise Ms. Hudson enough, and even purchased a few pieces ourselves for Stocking Stuffers. Buy ‘em, wear ‘em, be seen and envied in ‘em – it’s a new year, kiddies, make it substantial!
